Important questions about the payment

How much advanced payment do I have to provide?

The advanced deposit of a holiday apartment or house is between 20% - 40% of the total renting price and will be communicated in the provisional confirmation.

To whom do I pay the advanced deposit?

The advanced payment has to be transfered to the account of Go Espana Ltd. who has managed many thousands of successful rentals in the past. We will hold your deposit payment for your safety as a neutral third person for the landlord. 

In which period do I have to provide the advanced payment?

After having received our provisional confirmation of your reservation, the transfer of the advanced deposit should be done immediately. Reservations without advanced deposit will be canceled and we will offer the accommodation to other interested clients.

Just when your advanced deposit has arrived on our account, we can send you a binding final confirmation. The accommodation is then firmly booked and we will confirm this to the landlord.

Please notice:

• the request will be canceled when your payment has not arrived within 7 days after the provisional confirmation.
• payments from abroad might take a little longer, so please don't wait and advise us when done.
  

Do I receive a confirmation when the advanced deposit has arrived?

As soon as the transfer has arrived on our account we will send the final confirmation with any necessary information:

• Contact data of the person for the key handover
• Meeting point, time for the key handover
  
• Any further information
  

How do I pay the rest amount of the rental price?

The rest payment of the rental price has to be paid in cash to the responsable person at the key handover. This might be the landlord himself or one of our employees-
