3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.
If you want to book an accommodation, we ask you to pay the requested advance payment (see description of accommodation) within the indicated period.

If you don’t transfer a prepayment after receiving our confirmation of availability, your inquiry will expire automatically. There will be no costs for you in this case.
Cancelling a binding booking causes cancellation fees. The fee depends on the date you cancel your binding booking.
Please note: An inquiry on our website is not binding. A booking is only binding when an advance payment has been made.
These are our cancellation fees:
1. Cancellation until 60 days before the begin of rental period
2. Cancellation 59 to 43 days before the begin of rental period 50% of effected advance payment
3. Cancellation 42 days or shorter before rental period -> no refund of advance payment
The client has to pay the transfer fees for refunding advance payments.

If you are looking for total relaxation, in a stunning climate, surrounded by nature and only a 20 minute drive to one of Europe’s best beaches, then this is the luxury holiday home for you, and amazingly . . . . . we are also self sufficient and eco friendly, with our own water well and alternative energy system. Nestled into the Andalusian countryside on the Costa de la Luz (Spain’s best kept secret) the house is surrounded by lush farm land (mainly stunning sunflower fields) and the only noises you hear are the tweeting birds around you. The first thing most people comment on when they arrive is how peaceful the place is. There is absolutely no background traffic noise and the closest road is too far away to hear. It really is bliss! Although the house has been restored in its original style, we want you to still feel like you’re in a 5* complex, so we’ve added all the normal mod-cons plus some extras to keep you all comfortable (underfloor heating throughout the house, heat/cold isolated roof and windows, professional kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, 5-flame gas hob, plasma TV, etc.). Long leisurely walks up the nature-protected hill behind our house give you a magnificent view over the farm land and down to the nearest village (Cantarranas 3km), across the forrest and towards the backdrop of the huge Alcornocales Natural Park hosting a stunning flora and fauna. On a clear day you can also see the coast of Africa and the Atlantic Ocean. The views from the roof terrace over the La Janda valley are incomparable! Whether you want to laze around the pool, take a long walk or bike ride, go surfing at one of Spain's most consistent spots, play golf in two nearby world class golf courses (Benalup and Montenmedio) or visit the nearby top class spa... we’ve chosen our location so you can do just that. It's a nature-lover's paradise, you’ll often see rabbits or partridges in the garden and the shyer pheasants, and deer if you’re lucky. The hill behind us - El Algar - is a protected site for the Imperial Eagle and we have plenty of buzzards, hawks, owls and an array of other species to spot. The Situation We are bang in the middle of two of Andalucia's most famous white villages, Vejer de la Frontera and Medina Sidonia, dating all the way back to the phoenicians. Both villages are stepped in history and boast great sightseeing, typical bars and great local restaurants for an authentic local experience. El Palmar, the Costa de la Luz’s most popular surf spot is the nearest beach with cool surfy vibe. You can’t help but love it! It has some great fish restaurants to offer and lots of live music at sunset to be enjoyed The neighbouring villages of Conil and Caños de Meca offer white endless sandy beaches and again provide some great fish and local style cuisine packed with live entertainment night clubs and general fun. The situation is ideal for day trip and excursions, on one side to Cadiz, Europe's oldest city, Jerez with its famous sherry Bodegas and Royal Equestrian School, and in the other direction you can visit Tarifa, famous for its Kite and Windsurfing and probably one of the most interesting little towns along both coasts. Gibraltar is near enough for some Duty Free shopping and pay a visit the famous Apes on top of the Rock. All of the above are within a one hour drive from the house. The Finca Originally three individual farm houses, our wonderful Finca has been lovingly restored and the three houses joined together to create one large property. The house consists of two barns connected by a rebuilt stone ruin which today forms the salon. Barn number one has a very large fully equipped kitchen, dinning room and lounge area with a large open fire place with safety heat proof glass doors which can be completely closed, one double bedroom with it’s own en suite. The large salon with its floor to ceiling glass doors gives you a fantastic view onto the pool and garden. The glass doors can be opened for a lovely indoor outdoor feel. The second barn has a very decadent 35m2 master bathroom with bath and shower. The second room in the barn is the second double bedroom and then at the other end of the house there is the master-bedroom with its own en-suite (bath and shower) and French doors opening up to the other side of the garden. There will be a maintenance visit every week to guarantee the standards (pool cleaning, general tidying and maintenance of the power and water system), also on 24/7 call for emergencies. In the long summer evenings, you can enjoy a barbecue and a glass of wine in total privacy, while the kids splash in the pool. For your security the villa is connected directly to SECURITAS security company. There is a parking area for up to 4 cars behind a lockable driveway gate on the plot. The well-maintained outdoor area features an outdoor shower, garden furniture for 6 and 4 sun loungers. Casa Mayo is located in a quiet rural location, but simultaneously has good transport links to both, city and beach. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one master bedroom with a double bed and large ensuite bathroom, 2 further bedrooms, each of them with 2 single beds share a second bathroom with 2 sinks and walk-in shower. The modern completely equipped kitchen has a large wooden table with 4 chairs, a kitchen island table with 2 stools and a door leading to the garden. Situated in the heart of the country but not too far from the coast, Casa San Ambrosio is the ideal location for peace and quiet in the middle of the summer season. The picturesque historic white village of Vejer is only a 5 minute drive away, the lively seaside towns of Barbate (10km) and Conil (14km) are within easy reach by car. The small hamlet of San Ambrosio, which has two country pubs, is within walking distance. There are many local beaches: some are bustling with hip bars and stalls, others are suited to families, there are spots for surfers and quieter locations for those who like the wild natural beauty of unspoilt coastline. All are within 15 minutes drive away. However the connecting roads are untarmaced country lanes, this has the advantage of deterring traffic in the summer months, but visitors are warned that the roads can be dusty and bumpy!! The house is surrounded by mature trees and shrubs, with plenty of space for children to run about and explore. Situated on a gentle rise the house overlooks the pine forests of the natural park and in the distance past rolling hills, you can see the coastline. The building is approximately 125m², with attractive natural stone and wooden beams. It has two storeys and accommodates a maximum of 6 people. There is a spacious L-shaped open-plan kitchen/dining-living room area leading onto south and east facing patios. There is also a bathroom and downstairs bedroom. Upstairs there are two cosy attic bedrooms and a small wc. There are stunning views from every window. The water is supplied by a well. This is perfect for washing and rinsing, but due to its high mineral content, we advise all guests to use bottled water for consumption. The house is run on solar power. This is sufficient for all the domestic appliances installed in the house, including the cooker, washing machine, fridge, television etc. However, as the system has been carefully designed to accommodate a certain output, we request that you check with us before using any additional devices. Hair-dryers or irons, for example, are not compatible. The house is only available for rent over the summer months. As this is our family home and as for the past three years have decided to stay in the area over the summer, we haven´t rented it out recently. For this reason we don´t have any up-to-date reviews! The water is crystall clear and not very deep, so it's perfect for kids to swim and play in the water. From here you can walk along the miles of neighbouring beaches to the south or explore the calmer bays near Roche to the north. Thanks to the central heating of the house you can also spend very pleasant holidays in low season!
